Darcel Ranay Gibson is a Law Librarian, actor, photographer, and writer whose creative journey began in a second-grade English class at Memorial Elementary School in Washington, New Jersey. What started as a childhood love for poetry and short stories has grown into a lifelong passion for storytelling.
She holds an MBA in Global Management and a Master’s Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix, a BS in Applied Psychology/Organizational Behavior from Albright College, and an AA in Liberal Arts from Northampton Community College.
Her creative work extends across multiple artistic forms. She has published poetry, collaborated with fellow artists to write stage plays, performed in theatrical productions, and appeared as a background actor in film. As a photographer, her work has been exhibited in galleries including Andakulova Gallery, Thomson Gallery, Casa Del Arte, Nicoleta Gallery, and Cipriarte Venezia Gallery.
Darcel resides in Pennsylvania with her family. Tainted Coffee With 3 Teaspoons Of Sugar, Curdled Milk or Venomous Creamer Optional is a collection of poems and short stories drawn from her personal experiences.
